He believes that having an animal being born, raised, and bred as an individual pet in a loving home with a loving family and space to run around is much more important than pushing profits.
The Guardian Program is centered around this philosophy. Jake works with individuals and families who live in and around the Salt Lake Valley to give them a quality pet in exchange for breeding rights to your pet for a set amount of time. You are also eligible to earn anywhere from $500 to $1,000 per litter depending on the amount of newborns in the litter.

- Davis County (Bountiful, Woods Cross, Layton, Centerville, Kaysville, Ogden, South Ogden)
- Wasatch County (Heber City, Midway, Charleston, Timber Lakes)
